In school we learned about how different types of exercise helps you loose fat and other kinds of exercises that helps your breathing but doesnt help you loose as much weight. I was curious about which kind of exercises do what. Please give examples of what kinds of exercise helps you loose fat. I already know what helps your heart. Thanks!

All exercises are not created equal. Interval workouts have been shown to burn fat at a much higher rate than regular aerobics. A routine that includes interval and muscle building exercise that work the big muscles to failure, are best. 2 times lifting, 2 for interval.
