Does anyone know what the fitness program is like in David Kahns Krav Maga book?
What kind of exercises. stretching, core strength ect??
are the drills usefull?

Yes, the Kahn book touches on weight lifting, stretching, shadow boxing . There is some attention to core strength, the weight lifting routine is interesting in that he is advocating 3 sets x 20 reps, increasing weight each set and using the weight resetting as a break, so a very short break.

Honestly it is a good start, a better one would be to go to a Krav Maga class a few times a week and then buy Kahn's book so you can see where he is going.
