what is the best way to do cardio interval training?
i am dieting and i want to lose about34-40 pounds by september. I have been running, but i was wondering if anyone has hadsucess doingl interval cardio training and whats a good way of doing it?I am a 23 year old guy, 200 pounds 5 '11and wanna get rid of stuborn chest fat and little gut

I understand where you're coming from and H.I.I.T(High Intensity Interval Training) would definitely benefit you. I Personally use it and I have seen great results.

This is how I do it(You can perform it outside or on a treadmill):

1.)Warm-up on a low speed for 5 minutes.
2.)Sprint at 70%-80% of your max speed for 30 seconds.
3.)Jog at 40%-50% of you max speed for 60 seconds to recover.
Repeat this process about 4-8 times depending on how much you can handle. After you have completed this Sprint/Jog cycle 4-8 times,
4.)Cool-down on a low speed for 5 minutes.
