I'm about 5'10 and 160 pounds. I consider myself overweight and i am trying to look at loosing 15-20 pounds. I also want to try and gain some muscle.
I try to go to the gym everyday and work on everything.
My worst part is the diet. I can't find a solid diet and am looking for some advice on starting one.
Please help. I want to get started A.S.A.P.!!!

just follow this simple ideology:
eat breakfast like a king
eat lunch like a prince
and eat dinner like a pauper....
because you are working out, you need supplements to back up your diet. probably take multivitamins. i dont recommend on taking protein pills.... you're quite young and it has side effects.... just take soya milk.... its a good alternative :-)
