okay, truths im only 12 but i luv bein fit and my uncle is an instructer. so you start little take a small jog and do a couple of exercises like push ups crunches keep adding more and more every day and soon enough your healthy wich means smaller! p.s. DON"T go on a food diet its unsafe(its okay to cut back a little, but too much can snap yah!!!) trust me i know these things, iv'e seen it happen! ( literally! )

alright I don't know how much weight you're planning to lose, buy the most important part is to stop drink soda and drinks with high amount of sugars. diet is the first step to loosing weight. don't eat so late at night and try to eat less amount of food and more times during the day this is going to help speed up your metabolism. Now as far as exercising i can't tell you of a worlout routine because I don't know your physical condition, but start by doing cardio work out like running or resistance exercise, and also try drink only water in your meals instead of juice or sodas.

No one can provide you with a routnie without knowing your body history and type...? how can that be possible ?

dont try out stuff randomly on your body .... you will end up geting less or no benefits..

plan and ... learn things first and then apply them.. for better
