What would be a good diet and exercises for a 15 year old boy?
I am 15 years old and i want a good diet and some exercises for loosing some weight. I also have an exercise ball/stability ball.

Go vegetarian and that will cut out almost all your fast food, and then start running 20 minutes a day.

If your 15 you shouldnt be loosing weight, because you are growing up. Unless you are seriously overweight or obese you shouldnt be trying to loose weight but a stable diet should get rid of some fat and add some muscle if you dont regularly exercise.

Joining a sport club would be good weekly such as playing tennis once a week. To be healthy you need 30min-1hr of exercise per day and vigorous exercise 2 times a week.If you have asthma or heart problems, vigorous exercise wont be good. I would recommend swimming as an exercise and it moves all parts of your body and isnt tough on your bone/joints. Running or joggin can lead to joint cartilage being eroded away.

As for food, 5 serves of vegies 2-3 serves of fruit , a cup of milk, lean meat equivalent to the size of your fist would be good.
High fibre diet would good as it keeps you fully for longer. Soy linseed bread is a good choice for sandwiches.

Join a sports team, and eat about 1800-2000 calories. Dont go over 2500 though and not lower than 1500
