Like what excercises should I do to improve my upper chest, and leg muscles, also how can I improve my endurance, increase my speed, and what excercises should I do to make my ball control better? And what foods should I eat for each meal to increase my fitness level, and not to feel so heavy in the mornings for practice.Your answers would be very much appreciated, thank you.

Well, bro, you just gotta work really hard. Try going to the gym to get more fit and practice juggling, which will help you control the ball better.

u must start with warm up n than jogging, some exercise like streaching,sit ups etc.

Push ups - builds endurance without going outside doing exercises
Swim - I don't like swimming, but its a great way of improving stamina, did you know that swimming 7 min in the pool uses the same energy as running one full hour?
Sit ups - abdomen, gernearally stronger and fit
Juggel - As in not to let the ball land on the floor, switch foot after each kick. First aim for 10, 5 kicks each. than Aim higher. If you can get to 20, you will see your contact with the ball, touch and accuracy of your shot have a big improvement. Keep juggeling, do it after you've done your warmups, do it everyday, everytime you get a chance to touch a ball. Don't stop until you can do 100 conseqetively.
Suiceds - Gain speed and change of direction, sucieds is running back and forth on a football court. First run a quater head back, than run half head back , than run three quaters and head back, than run the full width of the pitch and head back. None stop. Do it around 10 times everytime before practice.
Diet - Salad, fruit. Don't eat any fat or oily food, eat meat alot of meat. But you'll have to balance it out with the amount of vegy and fruit. Drink ALOT of water. It'll be good to bring a bannana on you, take a bite in the middle of a match, it gives you a boost, but not a sugar crush. In the morning try to eat some fruit for breakfeast, try snacking on fruits. In the night, try eating less or just eat vegtable.
EDIT: Meat, stay off pork, chicken and lamb, eat beef or chicken breast
