Is there a Fitness Center/Gym on the Ocean campus of SF City College?

Is there a Fitness Center/Gym on the Ocean campus of SF City College?
When i was researching, I came across some information stating that there was indeed a gym on the campus, however in order for you to join you had to enroll in a PE class, or something of that sort. As you can tell im confused. Help?
