What are good exercises and work out routines to strength my abs, arms and legs?
I used to dance so I am pretty flexible but I haven't in a while and want to start exercising again.
I want to work on strengthening my abs, arms and legs as I would like to get back into dance and want to improve before I audition for anything.
I was wondering if anyone knew any good online work out routines or exercises for these areas or could tell me any? Any help would be appreciated thanks!

I'm so all about yoga and pilates. You can either get a video to do at home with no equipment or you can search youtube for yoga and pilates instruction for videos that show you how to do it. It'll get you back into dancing shape in no time.

Diet is important as well as exercise. Eat low fat foods as well as doing ab workouts 2 or 3 times a week. Something like 2x30 crunches, 2x30 obliques (each side), and 2x15 leg lifts. A friend of mine tried a program online and found that a huge part is doing the RIGHT exercises and following the RIGHT diet. Many people think they can do just about any exercise and eat a little less, but it doesn't work. Figure out the right plan that works for you and you will get flat, toned abs...he did.
