Quick recovery after sports training?

Quick recovery after sports training?
I play rugby and also swim for my university. Doing two sports is naturally demanding because of the hours of training required.
But the biggest issue I'm facing is that I don't recover soon. One of the reasons for this is that I'm involved in some form of training (either rugby, swimming or a gym or fitness session) on every day of the week except for saturday - and on a few days I actually do have 2 sessions (once in the morning and once in the evening). Second problems injuries - its rugby so that's part of the package.
I am not the most seasoned sportsman and am definitely finding it hard to cope up. On top of this I'm also preparing for my semester final exams and that with my part time job is definitely taking its toll. I'm really becoming more inefficient by the day due to overworking and less sleep. Dropping any of the above doesn't seem like an option for the moment so I need some help out here.
The issue mostly is muscle strain/ache - ie that they are perhaps overworked and are inefficient (strained). As a result I'm inefficient at sports and also when moving around as well.
Second is the general feeling of being too tired and overworked - being less attentive at lectures etc etc.

I am looking for a means to recover soon. Someone suggested that taking vitamin pills would help. Would want to know if that is a solution. If not any other means to aid quick recovery would do.
Please help me out here. Thank you
