I have recently posted something about me wanting to play football and some advice on getting started. If anyone has any detailed exercise plans that could be useful for a position that requires speed (Cornerback,Wide Receiver, or Free Safety) please put it down. I am about 5'9-5'10, 14 years old but will be 15 fairly soon, and I am willing to work hard to get in good shape for tryouts next year. One thing of note is that I have never played on a school football team before so this is still fairly new to me, thanks
