I work at a gym and we're looking for good quality strength and cardio training charts to use with our personal training program. Any suggestions??

I am a certified personal trainer and nutrirtionist, and I just make my own charts, that way you can alter them to the specifics that you recommend. I often us Microsoft Publisher, because they have the best table tools. Good luck!!!

I am a nurse in the Army and a huge part of my job is to be physically fit and healthy. I have to be able to be strong for my size. In order for me to keep motivated I like to see my progress. I'm a fairly competitive person, but nothing pushes me more than my own self. I always want to continue to do better than I personally did before, so I kept a record with Exertrack. I highly recommend using this system because it does a good job of showing progress and the best part about it is that it's a free download. Down load it and make copies that you can keep for you clients in a personal folder you can keep for them in a gym and as well you can make them personal copies for them to take home so that they can see their progress as well.
