Tips for kicking off my 1st healthy diet/exercise program? Also, exercises to reduce bust size?

Tips for kicking off my 1st healthy diet/exercise program? Also, exercises to reduce bust size?
The only time I've ever been thin was when I was popping diet pills like candy, starving my body and working out like it was my job. I realized this was a problem, went through some mental hell and gained a lot of weight.
I'm 5'9 and I was 110lbs, now I'm 175lbs...I think 135lbs is reasonible and where I'd like to be. Do you guys agree that is healthy?
Is there anything I can do this week before my gym/nutritionist program starts to prepare besides starving myself to 'shrink my stomach' like part of me wants to?

Also, I'm a 34 DD and would really like to get back to the C cup I was when I was thin. I know it'll come with weight loss but are there any additional exercises (with or with out machines) that will target a reduction in this area?

Answers to any or all questions are much appreciated. thank you in advance!

Good luck!!! Stay focused....I recently lost about 30 lbs in the last year and am down to my last 10. 5'6" and trying to get to my lowest at 120ish... Healthy is what you are comfortable with of course if you are under some health supervision who agrees.

Weight watchers recipes, Billy Blanks boot camp set with resistance bands (30 mins. a day or more if possible) is awesome and assistance from a dietitian.

135+ is reasonable. I'd check up on your BMI and see from there.
DO NOT take diet pills. They are basically crack in pill form. Not good for your body, and especially not for your heart.
Eat 5-6 small meals a day. Stay on it like a hawk. Stay focused and disciplined. Doing this tricks your metabolism into working faster. You are eating less, but more often so you get fuller way faster than most people will.
Work out a couple times a week. Remember, in order to lose weight you MUST do cardio! (I walk 45 min, 4x a week).
Cut out all sugar, soda, sodium-packed foods, etc.
As for your bust size...when you lose weight, you lose the boobs. Trust me. I lost a lot of weight and my breasts are really small now.
Good luck and congrats on wanting to get healthy again! :)

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her. I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
http://www.mylguide.info , my aunt got a free trial and paid only 6.95$ shipping and handling.

Here is a list of common mistakes people make when attempting to lose weight. Remember that this list contains general guidelines and that your best bet is to consult with a Registered Dietician to be sure that you are meeting all of your bodies nutritional needs.

1) Not eating breakfast

2) Going too long between meals

3) Not eating immediately after a workout

4) Relying on energy bars or meal replacements instead of quality food choices

5) Limiting carbohydrate intake

6) Eating too much fast food or processed foods

7) Following a low-calorie diet

8) Thinking that because you exercise you can eat whatever you want

9) Not drinking enough water

10) Following fad diets

If any of the above list sounds familiar then make a change. Only you are responsible for your health and well-being. Don't leave it up to someone else (spouse or doctor) to get you on the path towards feeling good. Try to be more active and make smarter choices concerning the foods you put into your body.
