How much exercise do you do in a week?

How much exercise do you do in a week?
I am interested to know how much exercise people do every week. And the reasons for doing it - i.e, general fitness and health or for just losing weight. Please answer with your Age and weight please..

I have been pretty fat for a long time and had enough of it over 6 months ago now!

I want to get BIG, but look slim and muscley.. I'm not bothered how much I weigh!

22 years old, 90Kgs.

I go to the gym every Mon, Wed and Fri. I do the treadmill at a fast walk for 30 min. Elliptical trainer for 15 min and weights for legs, arms and belly for about 10 min.

I need to lose the excess weight accumulated over the years and after having two babies.

I also joined a weight loss plan and only eat nutritional foods of chicken and veggies and some fruits with a supplement if needed and have not touched one fat/junk food item and are feeling great!

I workout everyday, but I have a rest day where I still swim, because swimming is relaxing to me. I do hard cardio the other 6 days of the week and on Friday and Sunday I do my weight training.

I workout to get into better shape after a devastating knee injury and post up kidney surgery (which required steroids) gain followed by 2 pregnancies which put the pounds on. So I'm also doing this for weight loss.

I'm 33 and 160.
