How could I improve this workout to prepare for the military?
I intend to apply for an ROTC scholarship or enlist next year after I graduate (I am a junior). However, I have realized that my fitness isn't really adequate for the military. I did weight training most of this year, so I do have a solid bit of muscle. However, I understand that the military is filled with mainly body weight exercises and running, so I have taken to doing these on my own. I have been doing the Hundred Pushups workout, Twenty pullups workout, and the Couch to 5K program. They are all pretty easy so far, so I am hoping they get a bit harder. My question is mainly, how could I improve it? What should I work on?

Try the Marine OCS workouts:

At the "Candidates Info" Tab scroll down to Fitness Prep on the drop down menu. It is not the same as the Fitness Prep Tab on the right hand side of the page.
