I'm no expert on exercising but a lot of it is common sense and people think too much and make it harder than it has to be;HOWEVER,I just want to be sure what I'm doing is ok. All a person has to do is work out 3 times a week for about 30 mins and you're good unless that individual is extremely obese.
I only do cardio just to stay in shape and stay fit and wondering what I'm doing is ok.I eat a bowl of high fiber oatmeal or some type of high fiber cereal with a banana with fat free milk and then about an hour later I go jog,jump rope,sit-ups,crunches,sometimes shoot basketball and swim just for fun because swimming works every muscle and push-ups like 4 times a week and then afterward I go have a high protein fat free turkey sandwich,with fat free cheese and with whole grain high fiber wheat bread because too much of white bread cant be good for you.
I really dont eat fast food anymore unless its Pizza Hut about once or twice a month but that's when watching the football games or sometimes when I'm out of town. I dont drink nor smoke and the only thing I drink mostly is fat free milk,water,sometimes powerade and reduced orange juice. Maybe once- 3 times a year I may have a soda or pink lemonade. I never been the type to take vitamins but recently about 2 months I started taking whole vitamins which the pills are bigger than synthetic vitamins and for some reason they increase my sex drive and make me horny through out the day but that's another topic LOL. I'm not trying to get all built. Is every thing ok that I'm doing just to stay in shape?
