Do these certain types of leg exercises stunt growth?

Do these certain types of leg exercises stunt growth?
I am 14 years old and 5'9 (last time i checked 2 months ago)
and I want to gain a higher vertical leap so i can touch 10 ft rims like some friends my age.

I heard Squats stunt growth so I probably wont do those.

but do these Exercises WITHOUT WEIGHTS stunt growth.

Calve Raises

Box Jumps

Squat Jumps

or any of the exercises on this site (they are animated so u can see)

If they do stunt growth, please give me suggestions on how to gain a vertical leap without stopping my growth.

No exercises stunt your growth once you are passed about the age of 13 and your growth plates have fused. Even with weights, you will still grow, even more than normal with the excess testosterone you are building!

not so much stunt as compress the bones of the back before they have completely hardened thus limiting final height when you stop growing..

when a person is under the age of 16, their bones are still partially hyaline cartilage. this is hardened with age as calcium and phosphorus feed in and physical demands allow.

that's why kids bounce back after falling while adults are out of work for a week.

you can do squats (at or below your bodyweight) before you are 16 but only like once a week and wait til you're 14 to start.

No. NOTHING "Stunts" Growth. That's all BS. It's myth.

Physical conditioning can ONLY encourage growth.

As a Level 9 gymnast, Ive been doing intensive conditioning all my life. More squats then I care to remember. My growth isnt "stunted" - nor is anyone elses.

Your final height is based on your generic blueprint. Nothing you do beforehand, less chop your legs off, will change this.
