I don't have pool membership, and it's really bad weather outside where I live. I need something that I can do in a small space in my house.

Exercising helped me to lose a pile of weight after I combined it along with taking acai berry. I understand they say that pills don't work, however they certainly worked for me, and they've been showcased on the Rachael Ray Show too. There's a free trial on currently at http://pekosd.winridge.com , give it a try, what is the worst that could happen?

The p90x workout is good... any of the the p90x workouts would be good...
To download the cardio workout of the p90x do these steps...
Download the torrent.. http://www.torrentreactor.net/torrents/1088228/P90X-Cardio-X-and-Fitness-Guides (it might pull up as malware, as long as you have a good scanner it wont do anything)
Then download a program called utorrent http://utorrent.com/download.php
Pull up the torrent file in the program give it up to 5 hrs... and you have one of the worlds best workout videos... if you want the rest of the p90x system workout

Cardio videos would probably be your best best bet. I found an article listing some of the top cardio videos, http://exercise.about.com/od/cardiomachinesresources/tp/cardiovideos.htm. Yoga is another routine you can do to tone and strengthen.

The best cardio workout, hands down, is running. Invest in a gym membership or a treadmill. Plus, it's much easier to track your progress than any other workout, without obvious signs of improvement many people give up because they feel they aren't at the "level" they ought to be at. Don't be discouraged if you can't run the whole time either, when I started I couldn't run longer than 4 minutes at any one time, now I can go almost 2 miles before slowing. Good luck!
