What types of cross-training can I do to improve my stamina/cardiovascular fitness?
I like to bike and swim whenever I'm not running, but so far biking and swimming are the only types of cross training sports I can think of. I'd like some variety.

Those are the best two ways to cross train, you could use an elliptical machine if you can find one.

Elliptical machine, Stair climber. Personally I think swimming is the best and takes stress off the body.
